By downloading or using Aether (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
02 // Use of the App
You may use the App for lawful personal or professional purposes. You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it, distribute unauthorized copies, or use it in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
03 // Content Ownership
All recordings, audio, video, and media created using the App belong entirely to you. Aether does not claim ownership over user-generated content.
You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws regarding recording, privacy, and consent.
04 // Subscriptions (Pro Tier)
Aether offers an optional Pro subscription that unlocks additional premium features.
- Monthly — $12.99 per month
- Yearly — $89.99 per year
Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
05 // Billing & Refunds
Billing and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with Apple’s App Store policies. Aether does not process refunds directly.
06 // Third-Party Services (RevenueCat)
We use RevenueCat to manage subscription validation and entitlement tracking. Aether is not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.
07 // Availability & Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without liability.
08 // Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.
09 // Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aether shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
10 // Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country or region of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
